Organized Builder has set up a unique system of file folders where important construction documents can be shared with all that need them.  Each project creates a default folder that is automatically accessible to the vendors and client.  Organized Builder also allows you to create project folders that have limited accessibility for items such as the Contract and Proposal which you would only want to share with your Client.

This document management feature saves the builder time and money.  For instance, after the Client has made their appliance selection, you can upload the specs for the appliances into Organized Builder and all pertinent vendors will have the information at their fingertips.  Your framer, cabinet maker, electrician, plumber, and granite fabricator will be able to refer back to the specs whenever they need them without the builder having to chase them down to get the specifications to them.  This scenario repeats itself time and again on every project.
